Yoga Facial: Fad, Fiction, or Fact?
Have you ever gotten a yoga facial? Essentially a yoga facial is a fitness program for your skin. Proponents believe yoga facial exercises can help improve blood circulation, boost skin vitality, improve tone, and soothe the skin of your face—a veritable fountain of youth. But does it really make your face appear younger? For me, that depends upon the day and the lighting. I will say this, any day I go through my yoga facial routine I feel healthy and less stressed. As to my hope it will soften lines and wrinkles that already exist or prevent new ones from forming—only time—and daily applications of skincare products—will tell.

Is this just a series of facial stretches that one does to improve blood flow and skin elasticity? Does another person do this to your face or do you do this on your own? I can certainly understand how exercising the muscles in your face could improve blood flow, but calling this yoga seems a bit of a "stretch".
