Does anybody have any quick-healthy-kid friendly meal suggestions?

toasted english muffins, some spag sauce and grated mozzarella cheese. Have the kids help make them, put them under the broiler or in the oven for a couple of minutes, some fruit and/or baby carrots on the side and VOILA!

My nieces love organic chicken sausages. They're good out of the microwave, but I have a George Forman grill that's makes them even better. And quickly!

Breakfast for dinner. A break in routine is always fun for kids and eggs are quick to scramble or fry. Add a slice of multigrain toast, a cup of juice and some low-fat microwaveable turkey sausage and you have a nutritious meal (minus the green veggies...but what kid eats those anyway!)
